Trash: Waste Connections provides trash service to the community through the Town of Northlake. When you order your water service, trash service is included. Wednesday is trash and recycling service.

Mailbox Keys: You will set up a convenient time to pick up your mailbox keys, usually 24-36 hours after closing. Call or email Heather at the Greeting House to arrange to pickup your keys.

Water/Street/Sewer Issues: No water in your home, street or sewer issues: Call the Town of Northlake, during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 8 am-4 pm, please call 940-648-3290.  After hours and on weekends, residents should call 972-943-4981.

Residential Portal: The Pecan Square HOA website is: www.pecansquarehoa.com. This site provides a wealth of useful information, including rental forms for the various amenities, Association Documents, meeting minutes and the events calendar. You can also check your account balance and review other property information through our web-based, proprietary software called Connect. Set up your account at https://pecansquare.connectresident.com/.

New Homeowner Key Appointments

Please contact Heather Swartwood via email heather.swartwood@fsresidential.com to schedule all new homeowner & tenant amenity fob & mailbox key appointments.

If you are buying an existing home, we will need to verify residency with a copy of your closing paperwork. If you are leasing a home, we will need to verify residency with a copy of your lease agreement.

All key appointments are scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 10am to 4pm with the last appointment being 3:30pm. At that time, we will also walk you through our HOA Facebook page and Pecan Square Life app. We also have weekend availability on Saturdays 10am to 5:30pm & Sundays 12:00pm to 5:30pm.
