I am Mark Pacheco, your General Manager. My background is in hospitality…hotels to be exact. After 20 years in the hotel business, I moved into Association management. I have now been with FirstService Residential for over 16 years. I manage communities the same way I managed hotels…service first…take care of the residents. I oversee the business side of your association with the intent of being cost-effective, creative, conscientious, and conservative.
In my world, service is not just about serving the residents of Pecan Square. I have been a Scout Master in Denton for over 13 years. I am also the Advancement Chair for the District, which means every Scout working toward their Eagle designation receives project approval through me and my team. I have found this role incredibly rewarding, and I truly enjoy helping young people and watching them achieve their goals.
I hope you get a chance to meet my family. My wife, Beth, also works for FirstService Residential at another community. My daughter, Sarah, is retired from the U.S. Navy and lives in Maryland. My son, Maxwell, works for Texas Instruments and lives out in Wylie with his wife.

Hi there, it's Razeena Sanchez! Nice to meet you all! I have my master’s from the University of Texas at Arlington in Business Administration. I come with 6 years of marketing and event planning experience.
I have been with Pecan Square since October 2020 and have loved seeing the community grow – resident-wise and with the development of Pecan Square!
I have been happily married to my husband, Jose, for 7 years and have a handsome 2-year-old son. In my spare time, I like to travel, eat, and shop with my mother. If you don’t find me at Pecan Square, you will most likely find me at the closest Chick-fil-A enjoying a fresh Coca-Cola!
I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow. I am here to make sure you all are taken care of and have a blast at the Pecan Square events!

I’m Heather Stevens, and I’m proud to serve the residents of Pecan Square as your Assistant General Manager. Born and raised in Denton, Texas, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for the people and communities that make this area so special. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology and business management from the University of North Texas, which shaped both my passion for people and my commitment to strong, thoughtful leadership.
With a background in insurance and title, I’m well‑versed in the closing process for both new and existing homebuyers. Helping residents navigate one of life’s biggest milestones is something I truly enjoy — it’s an honor to celebrate such meaningful moments with you.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me enjoying live music, traveling, doing morning Pilates, playing pickleball, spending time with family and friends, relaxing on the lake, or trying new restaurants.
I’m excited to learn from our residents, share my experience, and contribute to the vibrant community we’re building together. At Pecan Square, teamwork is at the heart of everything we do — and together, we can do it all.

Hi, my name is Shannon Sneed, and I’m thrilled to be the new Greeting House Manager here at Pecan Square! I bring both energy and genuine enthusiasm to helping our residents feel right at home.
I graduated from the University of North Texas in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in English. I have a deep love for stories — whether I’m curled up with a good book or working on writing my own. When I’m not at the Greeting House, you can usually find me outdoors, gardening or walking with my boyfriend and our lively household of three cats and one dog.
I’m passionate about creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all residents. I look forward to meeting each of you, hearing your stories, and helping make your experience here at Pecan Square truly exceptional!

My name is Waylon Elliott, and I am your Facilities Manager. I have an extensive background in maintenance and general contracting. Some of you may recognize me from Ace Hardware. I am a customer service driven person and enjoy helping people!
I have been happily married to Melanie for 12 years! We have 2 grown children and 3 grandkids. In my spare time, I love being in the woods hunting and fishing. My favorite hobby is cooking outside for my friends and family.
I consider myself extremely blessed to be a part of the Pecan Square team and to serve you. I look forward to getting to know you and your family!
