Pecan Square Townhomes Subordinate Declaration

Townhome Assessments: Our townhomes are a part of the master HOA and pay the semi-annual dues. Townhomes are part of their own sub association, which covers: association management, landscape repair and maintenance, irrigation, most exterior repairs and maintenance, and structure insurance. The Townhome association dues are an additional $269.59/month.
